As Nevada Voter Registration Representative for Turning Point Action, my work takes me into communities across the Silver State.
Building engagement one conversation at a time.
My work focuses on meeting Nevadans face-to-face, creating opportunities for voter registration, developing relationships within local communities, and expanding grassroots engagement.
Nevada is a diverse state, and effective outreach means going beyond the largest population centers. I travel throughout the state looking for opportunities to connect with people where they already gather — community events, fairs, conventions, local organizations, and other public spaces.
The goal is simple: make participation accessible, build relationships, and encourage more people to take an active role in their communities and elections.
Voter Registration
Working directly with eligible Nevadans to help them register to vote and understand the resources available to participate in elections.
Community Outreach
Finding opportunities to meet people where they are — from community gatherings and local events to fairs, conventions, and other places where Nevadans come together.
Grassroots Organizing
Building relationships with people and communities across Nevada and helping turn interest in politics into meaningful civic participation.
Nevada in the Field
Traveling throughout the state, learning about Nevada's different communities, and bringing voter-registration outreach beyond the state's largest population centers.
Nevada is more than Reno and Las Vegas.
One of the parts of this job I enjoy most is getting to know communities throughout Nevada.
From Northern Nevada and the Reno-Tahoe region to rural towns and communities across the state, each part of Nevada has its own culture, concerns, traditions, and people.
I believe grassroots outreach works best when you show up, listen, build relationships, and understand the communities you're trying to serve.

As I continue traveling and working events throughout Nevada, this section will document some of the places, communities, and people I encounter along the way.
Measuring the work.
As my work continues, I plan to add publicly shareable milestones from the field — such as communities visited, events worked, and other accomplishments that help tell the story of grassroots outreach across Nevada.
A job I never expected — and one I genuinely love.
I never planned on building a career in politics. My path into this work grew out of faith, fellowship, community, and a desire to become more involved in the place I now call home.
Today, I am grateful for the opportunity to represent Turning Point Action in Nevada and to spend my time meeting people, building relationships, and helping citizens participate in the political process.
